HOW WE HANDLE YOUR DATA

Account Security, Privacy and Data Practices

We hold your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as required by applicable law.

Data Minimisation

We collect only what is needed to operate your account and process transactions via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe. No additional data is held beyond what verification and payment processing require under applicable rules.

Cookie Consent

Cookies are used for session management, fraud detection and performance analytics. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through the settings panel, and withdrawing consent does not affect your account access.

Account Security

Your account is protected by password hashing and optional two-factor authentication. We flag unusual login attempts automatically and notify you by email or SMS before any sensitive account change is processed.

Data Retention Schedule

Active account data is retained for the duration of your membership. After account closure, transaction records are held for the period required by applicable financial regulations, then permanently deleted from our servers.

Who to Contact for Changes

To request a correction, export or deletion of your personal data, contact our privacy team via the written-request path in the Account Portal. We will confirm receipt and complete the action within the statutory window.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data only with payment processors — UPI, Paytm, PhonePe — and identity-verification partners strictly necessary to operate your account. We do not sell personal data to advertising networks or data brokers.

Frequently Asked Policy Questions

These answers cover the legal questions we receive most often about account eligibility, data rights and how our terms apply to users in India. If your question is not here, reach us through the contact paths above.

Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits. You are responsible for confirming that using this platform complies with the laws of your specific state or territory before creating an account.

We collect your name, contact details and identity documents needed for verification, plus transaction data tied to your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe payments. We do not collect more than what account operation and compliance require.

Submit a written data-access request through the Account Portal or by email to our privacy inbox. We confirm receipt within 24 hours and deliver your data export within the timeframe set by applicable law.

Yes. Submit a deletion request in writing via the Account Portal. We will remove your data except where retention is required by financial regulations. Transaction records tied to real-money activity are held for the legally mandated period before deletion.

After account closure, we retain transaction records for the period required under applicable financial law, then permanently delete them. Non-transactional personal data is removed as soon as the closure is processed.

Disputes should first be raised with our support team via live chat or email. If a resolution is not reached at that stage, the matter proceeds under the dispute-resolution clause in the full terms, which specifies the applicable jurisdiction and process.

We update the version date at the top of this page whenever terms change. For material changes, we send a notification to your registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
